Since the last few years we are witnessing an ever changing landscape: businesses are growing towards a new economy based on digital products and services, our society is experiencing dramatic changes on they way we communicate with each other, and technology is growing exponentially in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Designing experiences trucks along with this three factors as well as becoming a key element to steer change. We are inevitably marching into a future where design will account much more on the impact of human ethics and motivations; where the mentality that a designer needs to adopt will be beyond software principles. Which are the new foundations for all this design disciplines to remain relevant? How they might foresee the new challenges and opportunities that this times of change carry along?
